What we fix

Every service, open it up.

Tap any line to see what the job covers. If it is mechanical on a semi, it belongs in our shop. This list is where most of the work lands.

01PM ServicePreventive maintenance

Scheduled preventive maintenance that keeps a truck out of the breakdown lane and clean for inspection. We work through the rig on a set list instead of waiting for something to fail.

  • Full chassis, driveline and undercarriage check
  • Fluids, filters and lube service
  • Brake and tire condition report
  • Lights, wiring and air system check

02Oil ChangeDiesel oil & filters

Straight diesel oil and filter service on Class 8 tractors. Done in the bay, with the rest of the truck looked over while it is on the floor.

  • Engine oil and filter change
  • Fuel and water separator filters
  • Top-off on coolant, DEF and washer fluid
  • Quick visual on leaks, belts and hoses

03Diesel Engine RepairClass 8 engines

Engine work on heavy diesel tractors, from a rough-running complaint to a component that has to come off. We find the cause first, then quote the repair.

  • Diagnostics on hard start, low power and overheating
  • Cooling system, belts, hoses and pumps
  • Turbo, charge air and intake work
  • Leak tracing and component replacement

04DPF / DEF RepairAftertreatment

Aftertreatment faults are the ones that derate a truck and kill a load. We read the system, find the failed part and replace it so the truck runs at full power again.

  • Fault code diagnosis on DPF and DEF systems
  • Sensor, injector and dosing unit replacement
  • DEF pump and line repair
  • Filter and component replacement

Note: we repair and replace aftertreatment components. We do not offer DPF bake-and-clean service.

05Brake RepairAir, drum & disc

Air brake work on tractors and trailers. Shoes, drums, chambers and lines, inspected and replaced so the rig passes and stops the way it should.

  • Brake shoe and drum replacement
  • Slack adjusters and air chambers
  • Air lines, valves and leak repair
  • Wheel seals and bearing service

06Suspension RepairTractor & trailer

Air bags, shocks, springs and bushings on both tractor and trailer. A worn suspension chews tires and shakes the whole truck apart — we set it right.

  • Air bag and levelling valve replacement
  • Shocks, springs and U-bolts
  • Bushings, hangers and torque rods
  • Ride height check and correction

07Electrical Diagnostics & RepairLaptop diagnostics

Electrical faults get chased with a laptop on the truck, not by guessing at parts. We pull the codes, follow the circuit and fix the actual break.

  • Full ECM fault code scan
  • Wiring, connector and ground repair
  • Charging, starting and battery systems
  • Lighting and trailer plug faults

  • Driveline and U-joint service

  • Hose and fitting repair
  • Recharge and performance check
